Cancelling
One-time purchases are prepaid and non-recurring: the plan simply lapses at the end of its period unless you buy again, so there is nothing to cancel.
If you turned on auto-renew, you authorised a recurring Razorpay mandate and the plan price is charged automatically each period. Cancel it any time from the console (Billing → auto-renew). Cancelling stops every future charge immediately; you keep the plan until the period you have already paid for ends, and that period is not refunded. If you cannot reach the console, email us with your account email and we will cancel it for you.
Failed or unconfirmed payments
If money left your account but the plan didn't activate (payment failed or wasn't confirmed), the charge is automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If it hasn't appeared after 7 business days, write to us with the payment id.
Duplicate charges
Charged twice for the same plan period? Email us the payment ids and we refund the duplicate in full within 5–7 business days.
Activated plans
Once a plan is activated and usable, fees for the period are generally non-refundable. If the Service was materially unusable for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll review it case by case in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
